The location was amazing, with beautiful views of the lake and ducks swimming in the mornings. It was a peaceful and quiet area, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The hosts were thoughtful, providing us with basic necessities to start off our stay.
The caravan itself was a bit outdated and could use some renovations. The carpet was marked, possibly from being a dog-friendly accommodation, and the decking on the steps felt a bit unsafe.

We had a fantastic time exploring the beautiful hiking trails and trying our luck at fishing in the nearby lakes. The surroundings were simply stunning, and it was such a great experience for the whole family. The kids absolutely loved being out in nature and discovering new sights. It was a truly memorable trip!
My children wanted more activities specifically catered to them.

Loved waking up to the delightful view of ducks on the lake, so serene. The hosts were kind enough to provide basic essentials.
Oh, who needs curtains or a lockable door anyway? Such trivial things.

The location of this holiday home was absolutely stunning. We were surrounded by beautiful lakes, which provided a picturesque backdrop for our Christmas getaway. the home was located away from the hustle and bustle of the main facilities, allowing us to enjoy a peaceful and quiet stay. This added to the overall relaxation of our holiday.
There were several aspects of our stay that left us disappointed. the lack of attention to detail was evident.

Lake Views: As I stepped onto the terrace of the chalet, I was greeted by the most breathtaking lake views. It felt like I had stumbled into a postcard-perfect painting, with the serene water and lush surroundings. Every morning, I sat on the balcony, sipping my coffee, and immersing myself in the beauty of nature.
Maintenance Issues: The only downside of my stay was encountering a few maintenance issues in the chalet. The curtains and blinds in the living room couldn't close properly, and there was a broken chair.

We had a wonderful stay at Lakeside Cotswold Holiday Home. The hotel offered great facilities and was conveniently located to access all the amenities of the Cotswolds. The friendly and efficient staff made our stay even more enjoyable. The accommodation pack provided a great introduction to the on-site and local facilities. The mobile home we stayed in was quiet and secluded, overlooking a small lake, yet still a short walk from the clubhouse. The park itself was clean, tidy, and peaceful despite the large number of caravans. Parking was plentiful and close by. The entertainment complex was fantastic, with bars, restaurants, a shop, and pools. The chalet was well-equipped for self-catering, which was a must for us as vegetarians with a baby. We didn't have enough time to enjoy the other facilities like the pool, but we look forward to coming back soon!
Would recommend this hotel.

We had a fantastic time exploring the beautiful hiking trails and enjoying the peaceful fishing spots near the holiday home. The surrounding nature truly allowed our family to connect with each other and disconnect from the busy world. It was a great way for us to bond as a family and create lasting memories.
My wife says that a playground or recreational area on the premises would have made the stay even more enjoyable for our children.
